  abstract = {<p>The capabilities reconfiguration theme is presented in contemporary literature as a useful approach to business-model adjustment for the conversion of new technologies into processes, products, and services. This work presents a proposal for operationalization of this concept, developing an organizational capability measurement and evaluation model in the process of technology conversion in products and services. Applied to an enterprise started by an academic ‘spin-off’ company located in Brazil, the model presented as suited to the promotion of several relevant debates regarding capabilities evaluation, development, and cooperation, with the aim of creating an adequate organizational structure.</p>},
