Given the proliferation of events and the competition for talent, the risk taken by the organisers is now considered justified. Further, with the events in the past year, including a number of successful cyberattacks in Bulgaria and many more globally, there is a growing interest in the topic in policy-making circles, businesses, and the public administration, as well as by fellow research­ers working in related fields.</p>
