New member of the ISIJ Editorial Board from the Bulgarian Defence Institute

ISIJ welcomes to the Editorial Board Colonel Nikolai Stoianov, PhD, Associate Professor and Deputy Director  of the Bulgarian Defence Institute "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov". Col. Stoianov is Bulgaria's principal member of NATO's Science and Technology Board and leads a number of international research and innovation projects on cybersecurity and the application of ICT to meet emerging security and defence requiirements.
